Endodontics Overview
Endodontics is the treatment of tissue inside the tooth, also known as the dental pulp, to save a tooth that otherwise might need to be extracted. Click below for more general information about endodontics and why it might be right for you.
Root Canals & Retreatment
Root canal therapy is the process of removing inflamed or dead tissue within the tooth. We also handle retreatment cases when a previously performed root canal fails.
Sedation
We offer local anesthesia (localized numbness), nitrous oxide (laughing gas), conscious sedation (oral sedation), and IV sedation options to provide optimal comfort to patients based on their individual needs.
Apicoectomy
Although nonsurgical root canal treatment is normally highly effective, sometimes surgery is necessary to save the tooth. Apicoectomy is a procedure where the tip of the tooth root is removed to eliminate a persistent infection.
Traumatic Dental Injury Treatment
The pulp of a tooth can be damaged by a blow to the head or face and lead to severe problems. Traumatic dental injury treatment can help solve any problems from unexpected injuries.
