Jonathan Uhles, DDS
Dr. Uhles is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee, and is proud to serve Middle Tennessee patients at Cumberland Endodontics. He provides compassionate and exemplary care to all of our patients.
Having graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Uhles spent a year working before entering dental school at the University Of Tennessee College of Dentistry. After graduating in 2011 with honors and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he completed a one-year fellowship as an instructor in the Department of Endodontics at UT. Upon completing his endodontic residency, he received his Master of Dental Science degree and his Endodontic Specialty Certificate.
Additionally, Dr. Uhles has received multiple awards of excellence. His research on root canal debridement with a new laser system was published in the Journal of Endodontics.
Contributing to the educational experiences of other students is important to Dr. Uhles, and he is a part time instructor in the Department of Endodontics at UTHSC in Memphis. Once a month he teaches in the predoctoral and graduate endodontic clinics to provide that educational experience.
In his free time, Dr. Uhles enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, mountain biking, reading, and staying involved in the community.
